About Flight Sniper
Flight Sniper watches flight prices for trips you have not booked yet. You tell us roughly when you can travel and what you want to pay, and we email you when a round trip drops below that price. It is made by Apledot, a small software company in Paju, South Korea.
Where the prices come from
Our fares come from Travelpayouts / Aviasales, which collects the prices travellers see when they search for flights. We read that data every day and keep a price history for each route, so we can tell you whether a fare is low, typical or high for that trip.
- Pages show fares found in the last 4 days. Quiet routes are searched less often, so some prices are a few days old.
- Alerts only use fares found in the last 2 days.
- Prices can change at any time. The booking site always shows the final price before you pay.
How alerts work
- Pick a route (or "anywhere" with Premium), the months you can travel, how many nights and your max price.
- We check every date combination in that window: once a day on Free, every 4 hours on Premium.
- When a round trip is at or below your price, we email you the dates and a link to book.
How we make money
- Booking links. When you book through our links we may earn a commission from the booking site. You pay the same price.
- Premium. An optional subscription for more alerts, faster checks and "anywhere" alerts. See Pricing.
- Ads. The website shows Google ads. The apps do not.
We do not sell your personal information. The details are in our Privacy Policy.
