Questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings in a couple of clicks. If you cancel during the 14-day trial, you are not charged. If you cancel later, Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to Free.
What counts as an alert?
One alert is one trip you want to take: a route (or "anywhere"), the months you can travel, how many nights, and your max price. We check every date combination in that window, so you do not need a separate alert for each date.
What is an "anywhere" alert?
With Premium you can leave the destination open. We watch the popular destinations from your city and email you when any round trip in your window drops below your price.
How often are alerts checked?
Free alerts are checked about once every 24 hours. Premium alerts are checked about every 4 hours, so you hear about short-lived drops sooner.
Are the prices guaranteed?
No. Prices come from Travelpayouts / Aviasales data and can change at any time. The booking site shows the final price before you pay.
