Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Flight Sniper, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or 16 in the EEA where applicable) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Flight Sniper is a flight price monitoring service that tracks airline ticket prices on behalf of users based on user-defined criteria, and sends notifications when prices meet specified conditions. We do not sell airline tickets directly and are not a travel agency or booking platform. Flight Sniper acts solely as a price monitoring and alerting tool. Booking links provided through the Service may be affiliate links through Travelpayouts, through which we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@flightsniper.io of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or attempt to circumvent plan limitations by creating multiple accounts.

4. Subscription Plans

Flight Sniper offers the following subscription plans:

• Free — Limited monitoring targets, basic scan frequency, email alerts
• Pro ($14.99/month) — Expanded targets, more frequent scans, instant alerts, price history charts
• Plus ($29.99/month) — Maximum targets, highest scan frequency, priority alerts, nearby airport auto-scan, and all Pro features
• 3-Month Pass ($34.99 one-time) — 3 monitoring targets, 2 scans per day, 90-day access, instant alerts, and price history charts. No subscription or auto-renewal.

Plan features and pricing are subject to change. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any significant changes. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

5. Billing and Cancellation

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. All payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account billing settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period
• No further charges will be made after the billing period ends
• Your account will revert to the Free plan at the end of the billing period

We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period. All charges are final unless required otherwise by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@flightsniper.io within 14 days of the charge.

Subscription Refund Policy: Pro and Plus subscribers may request a full refund within 3 days (72 hours) of their initial subscription payment, provided the service has not been actively used (i.e., no flight targets have been created). Refund requests can be submitted directly through your account billing settings. After 3 days or after active use begins, subscription charges are non-refundable. Cancellations made outside the refund window will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be made.

The 3-Month Pass is a one-time, non-recurring purchase. It is not a subscription and will not auto-renew. The Pass activates immediately upon purchase and provides 90 days of access. Refunds for the 3-Month Pass are available within 24 hours of purchase, provided the service has not been actively used (i.e., no flight targets have been created or scanned). After 24 hours or after active use begins, the Pass is non-refundable. To request a refund, contact us at support@flightsniper.io within the eligible period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its servers, or related systems
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service
• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the Service or its data without prior written authorization
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent Free plan limitations
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service
• Using the Service to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract the source code of the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and all of its content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to the software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are owned by Apledot and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

8. Trademark Notice

Airline names, logos, and trademarks displayed on the Service are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for the purpose of identifying airline carriers in flight search results. Such use is for informational purposes only and does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship by the respective trademark owners. Flight Sniper is not affiliated with any airline.

9. Third-Party Services and Affiliate Links

The Service integrates with third-party providers including FlightAPI.io for price data and Lemon Squeezy for payment processing. The Service may also display booking links through Travelpayouts, an affiliate program. When you click through and complete a purchase via an affiliate link, we may receive a commission. This does not affect the price you pay. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of flight price data. Prices displayed may differ from actual prices offered by airlines at the time of booking. Flight availability and pricing are controlled entirely by airlines and third-party booking platforms and may change without notice. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on price data provided by the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apledot and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, missed flight deals, data loss, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $50 USD if you have not made any payments. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Apledot and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Republic of Korea. If you are an EU consumer, you may also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

15. Data Protection

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address or through a prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before taking effect, except where changes are required by law. Your continued use of the Service after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using the Service and may cancel your subscription.

17. Miscellaneous

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Apledot regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. These terms are not assignable or transferable by you without our prior written consent.
